All students must complete:

• Code of Conduct

• Travel Waiver

• Media Release

• Rental Agreement

• Guided Diver Waiver

• Coral Reef Restoration Waiver

Open Water Track Students additionally need to complete: Open Water Diver & Computer Nitrox Diver (if enrolled in the optional nitrox course)

Advanced Track Students additionally need to complete: Night / Limited Visibility Diver , Computer Nitrox Diver, and Underwater Video Diver

  Here are the answers to questions on the Buddy Dive waiver:

  • “I am not a certified scuba diver yet and I will be taking my course with”: An instructor that I am traveling with - Name Instructor: Vince Smith

  • “Signature certifying instructor”: Please write in -  Vince Smith

  • “DIVING ACCIDENT INSURANCE DISCLAIMER-WAIVER”: Decline, the price is included in the expedition cost, so you will not have to pay the amount indicated.
